This was an absolutely gorgeous late afternoon in this famous, yet secluded, village near Alta Badia. The entire day was beautiful, with fast moving clouds and amazing light coming down through the clouds. I've been planning a visit to this area for years, but never got to it.
In 2017 I finally made it here and have visited the place several days in a row.
I lodged not far from here for 4 days, and each day I made a visit, or two to this little village besides visiting other places in this beautiful area in the Dolomites.
Over the multiple visits here, I've captured many different moods and atmosphere, from several different angles. This is one of my most favorite captures of this beautiful church over the four days spent around it, but I have many more coming up that are equally good, so keep checking my "New Images" gallery for other amazing views.
